A little about Me
- Emilia Lucia
- My mom and dad created this site so that my friends and family can stay up to date with all the changes in my life. After waiting 39 long weeks, my mom and dad say the happiest moment of their lives happened on July 13, 2007. I was born at 8:13pm after a short labor and easy delivery. I weighed 6lbs and 10oz at birth, and was 19.5 inches tall. I'm growing really fast now. Well, I hope you enjoy my site, and if you want to send notes you can send them to emilia.lara7@gmail.com. You don't even know the anguish your mama is going thru having to leave you to go back to work....even leaving you within the safe, caring and loving arms of Nana. She has fallen deeply and utterly in love with you Emilia. You have the BEST mommy in the world who is going to love and accept you no matter what. Truly & Honestly. Never doubt that or be afraid to talk to her about anything you may have because she will always be there for you as will Auntie Gina.
No one ever told us of the great sacrafices our parents made for us...(mostly our strong "okie" mothers made for us) along the colorful & fun journey of our childhood but growing up, we thought we knew...only now as adults with children of our own we are truly learning. I didn't appreciate my mom nearly enough until after I had children of my own and that is when I truly fell in love with her and gained a full bodied respect for her. Someday Gianna, Clinton, Franchesca and you will do the same with us...as your strong and sacraficing mothers.
